We have had the pleasure of hiring Ranch Eats on a few separate occasions. Chef Troy, Todd, & Mikaela will make sure that your experience is a wonderful one. We hired Ranch Eats for a backyard BBQ for 30 people and were lucky enough to get them to cater our wedding as well. Whether it is a small event or something as big as a wedding, Troy will treat you like family. The entire group is focused on providing excellent food, friendly service, & an all-inclusive feel. Troy is extremely organized and every detail is considered; from something as big as table linens & china to something as small as the tasty sauce on one of his famous Wisconsin cheese curds. The best part about Ranch Eats is obviously the food! If you are looking for a caterer that breaks the mold of normal, bland, & boring mass produced cuisine, Troy is your guy. His flavors are unbelievable, he is innovative, & he truly cares about the end result. To this day, we still get compliments that our wedding food was the best that people have ever had. Here to tell all that the food Troy, Todd are making , serving from their food truck are full of delicious flavors. I've definitely enjoyed the flavors of the sandwiches, wraps, but really loved the shrimp tacos! Their special sauce for it was just the right amount of heat. Their breakfast items are also delicious, flavorful and definitely filling. If you're around the neighborhood ,go check them out.

I have used Ranch Eats for my events on several occasions where we really wanted something special far a semi large group. I have left the menu planning up to Chef Troy and this has not only turned out to be a delightful gourmet surprise but also has made feeding a large group extremely stress free! They have also accommodated diet preferences without any problem! I keep coming back for more Ranch Eats and have even asked them to create a fancy gourmet Thanksgiving for my large formal family dinner!
